SHIPPING
All orders will be dispatched by Qismet within 2-3 business days of order receipt.
Each customer will receive an order, shipping and tracking number for each delivery. Orders received after 1 pm will be dispatched the following business day*.
Please note: any adjustments or cancellations of orders must be made via email to info@qismet.com.au before 8:30 am the following business day or a shipping fee will be charged.
All our orders require a signature upon delivery. Make sure you have someone to sign for your parcel at your shipping address.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
