At the bottom of all our website pages there is a 'subscribe' form if you would like to be added to our mailing list. At the bottom of all of our emails there is an 'unsubscribe' button if you wish to be removed from the mailing list.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost items and cannot replace them free of charge. If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please let us know once received by contacting us on (02) 9585 9557, or emailing us at info@qismet.com.au.

We can ship to most locations globally. All international orders incur a flat rate of $20.00 AUD for shipping. Average packages are being delivered within 2-3 weeks, though some delays may occur due to situations out of our control.

Yes! After ordering online, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. Orders can be tracked online at https://auspost.com.au for Australian deliveries and International deliveries

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.
